name explanation
JAY-: His pale gray coat reminded his mother of a blue jay.

appearance
He is a dilute grey tabby with a white belly and muzzle. He has a small scar running across his muzzle and a few small nicks in his right ear. He is also a very big cat, causing him to look intimidating.
personality
Jaynose is very tough on the outside, his voice is rough and low and speaks loudly. He towers over smaller cats and seems to always look angry.
In reality, he is a very sweet cat once you get to know him. He loves to care for his clan help in any way possible. He is very loving and doesn't like to fight, but will defend his clan at the cost of his life.

Jaynose was born as the biggest kit in his litter, with a brother in mid leaf-bare. His bother was small and sick and did not survive the harsh leaf-bare.
When he was apprenticed, he was snarky and overall had a bad attitude. He seemed to never listen to his mentor and always try to do the opposite that he was told to do. But one day, after ignoring his mentors warnings and running off on his own to a part of the territory he didn't know, he got caught in a scuffle with a fox. After that, his attitude took a complete turn for the better and he became a much better apprentice.
