rules
ooc rules
These are the rules you must follow when you are not roleplaying.
- Be respectful. Do not attack others for their beliefs or opinions. Do not insult others or their work. If you feel threatened or offended on a personal level, simply report them and do not respond. No discrimination will be tolerated on Fidelitas Felis, if we see you being disrespectful, we will send you a warning; if this behaviour continues you will be permanently banned.
- Do not spam. If we see you spamming, we will send you a warning. If you continue to spam, you will be banned.
- No impersonation. Be yourself, and only yourself. Impersonation of a member or staff member is strictly prohibited, and will result in your permanent ban without a warning.
- Be appropriate. Do not post or discuss anything that is above PG-13 rating. If you do not follow this rule, you will be warned, if you continue to be inappropriate you will be banned.
- No swearing. If you are swearing, you will be sent a warning; if you continue, your account will be banned or suspended.
- You may not discuss religions or your opinions on sexual orientations or gender identities. This is a warrior cat RP forum, not tumblr, keep it in the messages if you're going to talk about it anyway. If you are being transphobic or homophobic or discriminating against a religion or group of people your account will be suspended; if you continue you will be permanently banned.
- The staff's word is law. Break it, and you will be punished accordingly.
- No advertising anywhere, unless in the Advertisements & Affiliations board. If you disregard this rule, you will be sent a warning.
IC RULES
These are the rules you must abide to whilst roleplaying. If you see someone breaking any of these rules, do not hesitate to message admin them and we will deal with them.
- Post with the post template provided. You don't have to, it just makes it look nice, and can simplify things in some situations. It also makes it veryeasy to tell which cat you're RPing, and that's always fun.
- Roleplay in third person. Except for in dreams.
- No swearing. If they do swear, make sure it is a clan cat's way of swearing. (Foxdung, mousedung, etc.) You may use similar swears such as 'badgerdung', and please get creative and come up with a few of your own.
- Don't derail threads. Do not completely change the events of a thread. If you want an event to happen later in a roleplay, message the involved RPers, post in the Roleplay Discussion, or make OOC notes in your posts.
- Be appropriate. Your writing should not be over PG-13. If it wouldn't be in the books, it shouldn't be on FF.
- Be realistic. Your cat can't miss every hit aimed at them. A RiverClan cat cannot outrun a WindClan cat. Your cat can't catch every bit of prey it scents. No one likes a Mary Sue.
- Do not kill other characters. Do not kill or force other characters into messy situations without asking the RPer beforehand. If you and another RPer have agreed to kill a cat, or you want your cat to die, contact an admin or mod beforehand.
- Take turns posting. Take turns when posting, let the other cats react. This also helps to not leave other players out.
- Threads will be archived after two weeks of inactivity, if it is labelled "Dead", or if it is labelled "Complete".
- Use the labels. A thread labelled "Public" means anyone is welcome to join in the RP, a thread labelled "Private" tells people that this thread is not open to just anyone.
- No gender-variant kitties. Unless they are agender and is it not a huge part of their character. This has nothing to do with discrimination, and it is understandable to relate to gender-variant OCs, but in the clans, there is seemingly no gender. She-cats and toms are given the exact same duties and are treated exactly the same. There is no gender stereotypes, then there are no genders. If you want to say this is discrimination about the LGBTQIA+ community, go ahead. The person who created this site (me) is actually very queer, if you want to talk about it, message me.
Breaking any of these rules gives us the right to remove your account without warning. Your registration to this site will be considered your terms of agreement to our rules.
These rules are subject to change at any time.
