name explanation
SNAKE-: Given to himself for his nasty bite, loud hiss, and overall bad attitude. (Also to sound more threatening to forest cats or other loners/kittypets. Might also be due to the fact that snakes were abundant back at his original home.)
appearance
Snake is a large black tom with a white throat, paws, and underbelly. His face is broad and round with mustard yellow eyes that are almost always brought down into an angry glare.
personality
Snake is a very rude cat, known to have a bad temper and show little to no empathy. He enjoys harassing other cats for his own amusement and being cruel in general. Although domineering and inconsiderate, he is also ambitious, brave, and quick-witted.
Skills
Snake is an excellent fighter and jumps at any chance for a battle. He's also a considerably good hunter. However, he lacks the proper ability to climb easily and swim.
history
He was adopted by a family who named him Oreo back in Sydney, Australia after finding the tom abandoned on the side of the road as a kit. His life there consisted mostly of going around the neighborhood and getting himself into all sorts of trouble with the neighbor cats and dogs. Eventually, Oreo grew fond of a few other cats that decided to cause mischief with him; Tony, an oriental siamese tom, June, a brown ticked tabby she-cat, and Pig, a smoky grey long-haired tom that had grown up without an owner.
Tony had taught him everything he knew about fighting to defend himself, and luckily, Tony was excellent at combat. June eventually became his mate and almost inseparable from Oreo. They rarely spent a moment alone. Whenever he had time, Oreo would listen to Pig's stories of living in the wild for 4 years on his own, and the large tom would give the smaller one tips on what to do if he ever found himself lost away from his owners. At this point, Oreo's life seemed to be at its peak; he had gotten into so many nasty spats with other kittypets or loners, they had all become wary of him. He and his three friends ruled the neighborhood.
Unfortunately, Oreo had to move away with his owners to a foreign country due to family problems, so he had no choice but to leave his friends and everyone else behind. It was at this point when the tom's attitude turned to its worse. He became snappier at his owners and avoided their company more and more. They figured it was only because he was adjusting to his new surroundings, but deep down, the tom grieved the loss of his friends and power over the old neighborhood.
Eventually, Oreo ran away from his home through an open window and set off from there. The tom set his home in the woods and renamed himself Snake to seem more intimidating to others. It's been 3 moons since he ran off, and ever since he has lived between Shadowclan and Thunderclan camp by himself, occasionally getting into spats with other rogues, loners, or kittypets.

FRIENDS: Due to his nasty personality, Snake isn't good at making friends. They'd have to have similar to his attitude.
