He has sleek, short solid black fur, and stunning yellow eyes. He's quite small and lithe.
personality
Nightpaw is very determined and ambitious, and he'll do anything to be the best warrior he can be. He's distant and cold, and isn't the best at making friends. He is distrusting, and tends to take a long time before starting to trust his clanmates. He's a natural leader.
He can be playful sometimes, as every young cat, but he's usually very reserved and not the most cheerful.

Nightpaw was born a healthy kit in newleaf. He had two littermates, and he was the runt of his litter. He always was the closest to his mother, and he never knew his father well, as he was a very occupied warrior. He didn't get in much trouble when he was a kit, as he was more calm and passive than other kits.
When he turned six moons old, he became an apprentice. He didn't make much friends, and he was rather lonely. He was more cheerful and less ambitious, at first, though. What changed that was his mother's death, at hands of a badger.
The death of Nightpaw's mother made him more cold and distant, and he passed much time grieving for her. His ambition came from when he noticed how little effort was he putting to his training after his mother's death. He decided to make up for it by being the best warrior he could be, and trained day and night to complete his objective.
Since then, Nightpaw has been training, though the end of his apprenticeship is still some moons away.
